Three people have been injured, one of them critically, following a road crash in an Irish county.
The incident, which involved a car and a lorry, happened in the townland of Rathcronan, Granard, Co. Longford, at approximately 10.30am on Saturday morning.
The driver of the car, a female in her 40s, was airlifted to hospital in a critical condition. Two passengers were taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries. The driver of the truck was not injured.
