Three weather warnings in place for six counties due to strong winds and the possibility of heavy showers




There are three weather warnings currently in effect for six counties, due to strong winds and the possibility of heavy showers.

A Status Yellow wind warning is in place for Clare and Kerry, as winds of up to 110km/h are expected there. The warning will expire at 5pm today.

Galway and Mayo are also affected by a wind warning, which will remain in place until 9pm.

And finally, a wind warning for Donegal and Sligo will be in place until 9pm. Wind gusts of up to 110km/h are forecast.
