A Brazilian judge has now accepted the charges brought forward against disgraced ex-OCI boss Pat Hickey and THG boss Kevin Mallon.
Both men have been imposed a 10pm curfew, and have been banned from leaving the country.
The pair face charges of fraud, larceny, tax evasion, money laundering, and others. If convicted, they may face up to 10 years inside a Brazilian prison.
Both Mr. Hickey and Mr. Mallon deny any wrongdoing.
The case is not expected to be heard in court for a number of months.
