Tickets are on sale giving adventurous tourists the chance to visit the underwater wreckage of the HMS Titanic.

OceanGate Expeditions have announced that they plan to do six dives in the Atlantic grave of history’s most famous ship between May and September 2021. Tickets are currently listed with the large price tag of $125,000 (105,000 Euro) and the company claims to have already sold 36.

The ticket includes a private cabin during a six day sea journey from Canada to the site, as well as the chance to drive a five person submarine during the expedition.

The Titanic famously sank in 1912, with over 1500 passengers losing their lives. The tragedy was the subject of the 1997 romantic blockbuster ‘Titanic’, whose director James Cameron has conducted extensive deep sea dives on the ship’s wreckage.
