An elderly woman sadly lost her life after being involved in a road crash involving six vehicles.
The incident happened yesterday, on the the M1 motorway close to the Cornakinnegar Bridge between Moira in Co Down and Lurgan in Co Armagh.
The accident caused long tailbacks, which have since been cleared and the road reopened.
A number of other motorists suffered injuries in the crash, none thought to be life-threatening.
