A woman in 70s has tragically been killed in Co. Galway after being struck by a jeep.
The collision occured at 9pm last night on the M18 at Cloughboley, Ardrahan.
Sadly, emergency services pronounced the woman to be dead at the scene. The driver of the 4×4 is said to be unjured.
