Police in the US State of Missouri, have confirmed that an 11-month-old baby has died after being left inside a hot car for more than 15 hours.
According to ABC News, the baby girl sadly passed away after she was left locked inside the car in Calverton Park, which is located 14 miles outside St Louis.
It is believed that the girl was left inside the car as temperatures reached 26C on Sunday afternoon.
Police investigating the incident say they have made no arrests, but they are currently speaking to the girl’s guardians.
