Police in the North have launched an investigation after a woman’s body was tragically from the sea at Waterfoot, earlier today.
The investigation comes after officers were alerted to the an incident this morning.
Police say they are not treating the woman’s death as suspicious, but they have begun an investigation into the incident.
They also say they are currently waiting on post-mortem results in order to help determine her cause of death.
