An Irish man has sadly passed away following a drowning incident in Spain.
According to Dublin Live, the man aged in his 30s died after entering the waters at Zurriola Beach in San Sebastián in Spain, on Friday morning.
It is understood that the man’s friends who were also at the scene raised the alarm.
The Department of Foreign Affairs have confirmed that they have been made aware of the incident and they are providing consular assistance.
