Gardaí in Co Galway have sadly confirmed that a man aged in his 30s has died following single vehicle collision this morning.
It is understood the man was killed after the vehicle he was travelling in collided with a wall on the Loughrea to Ballyglass Road near Kylemore village at approximately 6.30am.
Gardai say the man was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was transferred to Portiuncula Hospital.
They added that an investigation is currently ongoing.
