Gardaí in Co Mayo have confirmed that a man aged in his 30s has died following a road traffic collision on Tuesday.
It is understood the motorcyclist was killed after he collided with a tractor on N59 between Mulranny and Newport at approximately 8.30pm on Tuesday evening.
Gardaí say the driver of the tractor was uninjured in the collision.
They added that an investigation is currently ongoing.
