The wife of the Ardoyne shooting victim has told of how she fought to save her husband after the shooting.
The woman, a qualified nurse, heard the shots and said she instinctively began to try and save her husband’s life.
Her husband was just thirty three when he died from his injuries in Royal Victoria Hospital. He was shot ten times in the legs in Ardoyne last night at around 10pm.
There has been widespread condemnation of the shooting following the man’s death.
