The grim trend of road deaths continues today, after a man in his 20s sadly lost his life in an early morning crash.
The incident happened at around 2am, on the R511 Fedamore – Limerick Road at Carnane, Co. Limerick.
It is understood that the car that the man was a passenger in veered off the road and crashed into a ditch. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle, a young woman also in her 20s, sustained only minor injuries.
