
Eighteen people have been tragically killed in a helicopter crash in Russia.
According to the Russian transport ministry all eighteen people on board the Mi-8 sadly list their lives after it crashed shortly after take off in Turuhansk, at approximately 5:43am local time.
It is believed the aircraft which had fifteen oil workers and three crew members on board was travelling to an oil rig in Siberia.
In a brief statement the Russian transport ministry issued their condolences to the families of those killed on board the flight.
They also said an special commission has been purposely set up to investigate the crash.
