A number of fatalities have been reported after a small aircraft crashed down into a forested area in Switzerland.
The aircraft is understood to have come down near the town of Hergiswil earlier today.
The wreckage burned out completely, so authorities have not yet been able to ascertain the identities of those inside.
The cause of the accident is being investigated.
