In a tragic accident, a 13-year-old schoolboy has been killed off a scooter in the UK after a car collided with him.
According to the Daily Mail, Charlie Seale was killed when he was hit by a vehicle in Devon. Due to the fact that he was wearing a hoodie and appeared to be listening to music when he was hit, it is thought to be possible that he did not see the car coming.
No-one saw what actually happened but a man who came to the scene said he saw Charlie moments before he was hit when it seemed that his hood was up. The boy died from multiple head, chest and neck wounds. He did not appear to have been seen by the driver who did not appear to have seen Charlie either.
