Gardaí in Co Donegal have sadly confirmed that a woman aged in her 30s has died following a road traffic incident this evening.
It is understood that a Six-year-old girl was also injured in the collision which occurred on the Chaple Road in Dungloe.
Gardaí say the young girl has been taken Letterkenny Hospital for treatment.
They added that the driver of the car wasn’t injured and investigation is currently ongoing.
