Well known trans activist Jessica Yaniv was arrested and had his home searched after a tense interview with another trans-person, Blaire White.
Yaniv brandished a taser, which is banned for civilian use under the Canadian Firearms Act. Yaniv also contacted the police again after being released to report that there was child pornography on his computer after he received on Facebook messenger.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police states there is an “an open investigation, an active and ongoing investigation” into the latest incident regarding Yaniv.
Yaniv became known internationally after a Human Rights tribunal was convened in Canada to the hear the case of a man who identifies as a woman and was refused a bikini wax at a womens beauty salon.
Yaniv is known for filing numerous complaints with British Columbia’s Human Rights Tribunal and has filed another set of complaints with the body after he was refused a bikini wax in multiple women’s beauty salons in Vancouver.
Yaniv, who enjoys the support of the broader LGBTIQCAPGNGFNBA community, and their “allies” has warned the tribunal not to dare dismiss his complaint and said that it would set a “dangerous precedent” if it did.
Yaniv has told media and the tribunal that one of the business owners, Marcia Da Silva, an immigrant woman of colour, is a “Nazi” for refusing to give him a Brazilian wax.
Da Silva, who runs her business from her home, cancelled her session with Yaniv after finding out he was a man who identifies a woman.
Meanwhile, the Business’ lawyer, Jay Cameron, has said that Yaniv’s of dealing in “half-truths and fabrications” and said that ruling against his client would be tantamount to ordering “intimate services” against someone’s will.
Yaniv has campaigned in the past against free speech and filed more than a dozen complaints with the Human Rights Tribunal.
Canada is one of the world’s leading countries in pandering to gender ideologues and even passed laws stating children as young as four can be taken from their parents should they show signs of transgenderism and their parents refuse to help them transition.
