It’s understood that a Transavia flight en route from Schipol Airport to Gran Canaria had to make an emergency landing, after one of the passengers smelled so badly that other passengers vomited and even fainted from the horrific b.o.

The plane was carrying groups of holiday makers to the Spanish island of Gran Canaria, when a lot of them began to faint and vomit due to a smelly passenger.

The crew’s desperate attempts to contain the stench failed, even after the man was told to go to the toilet and stay there until the plane landed.

A large number of passengers began to vomit with two reportedly fainting from the horrific smell. The flight crew decided to divert and land as soon as possible to evacuate the stinking aircraft.

The flight landed safely in Faro, Portugal, a short time later.

It is not immediately clear what the fate of the odorous passenger was but other passengers received medical treatment.
