The trial of disgraced ex-Anglo boss Sean Fitzpatrick will resume today.
The 66-year-old is accused of doctoring the bank’s accountancy books to make the institution appear more solvent than it actually was, and deceiving auditors for up to five years.
A 15-strong jury was sworn in last Wednesday. The trial is expected to last 12 weeks.
