The trial of disgraced ex-Anglo Irish Bank boss Sean Fitzpatrick has been adjourned until October 10.
Mr. Fitzpatrick has pleaded not guilty to 21 charges in relation to doctoring accountancy books at the institution, and misleading auditors from 2002 to 2007.
The trial has been postponed because of a ‘legal issue.’
