Tributes have been paid from locals in Bluebell, Tallaght after they heard of the tragedy that saw Patricia Quinn killed in a Luas collision today.
The 71-yr-old was sadly killed when an incident happened at around 10am between the Cookstown and Tallaght Hospital stops. It’s understood that the lady died at the scene.
