A shooting in the northern German town of Stade has left five people dead, and police have detained a male suspect. The motive remains unclear.
Local media reported that the incident occurred at a youth centre in central Stade, a town of just under 50,000 people located west of Hamburg.
Some reports mentioned multiple suspects, though police have not immediately confirmed this.
