
Michael Madsen, known for his roles in Quentin Tarantino’s Reservoir Dogs and Kill Bill: Vol. 2, passed away at 67 on July 3, 2025. Authorities found him unresponsive at his Malibu home, with cardiac arrest reported as the cause of death.
No foul play is suspected. Madsen’s career spanned over 40 years, including nearly 330 acting credits in films like Thelma & Louise and Donnie Brasco, plus voice roles in video games such as Grand Theft Auto III.
He was preparing to release a poetry book, Tears For My Father: Outlaw Thoughts and Poems. Survived by five children, Madsen leaves a lasting legacy in Hollywood.
His manager say that he died from a cardiac arrest.
