Tributes paid to Irish man after he was shot outside his Kansas City restaurant

In Kansas City, Missouri, an Irish man was shot and killed outside of his business, reports Breaking News.

Brady & Fox was an Irish restaurant co-owned by Shaun Brady, who was also the head chef, who was originally from County Tipperary.

On 63rd and Rockhill, among various companies, there was a car park where Mr. Brady’s Irish restaurant was situated. According to the police, they were called about a gunshot.

According to the police, Mr. Brady spotted many persons standing next to a car in the parking lot as he was carrying out trash.

Following their conversation, Mr. Brady was shot, reports Breaking News.

Approximately 5.18 p.m. local time on Wednesday, police reported finding a male in the parking lot with gunshot wounds, who they attempted to assist.

He was taken to the hospital by emergency medical services, where he was subsequently declared deceased, reports Breaking News.

Police are searching the location for tangible evidence and are treating the event as a homicide.

They claimed to be questioning a number of witnesses and going over any security footage that may be available of the occurrence.

They have also made an informational appeal, stating that information sent anonymously to their hotline might earn a prize of up to $25,000 (€22,000).

The mayor of Kansas City, Quinton Lucas, said in a Facebook post: “Like many in our community, I am heartbroken to learn of the death of Shaun Brady. “I have met him, laughed with him, heard just a bit of his and his family’s story, and was inspired by the business and the community he was building in Kansas City,” reports Breaking News.
