
A two-vehicle incident near Glenegeary, County Dublin, on Friday night resulted in the death of a motorcyclist, reports Breaking News.
Around 8:15 p.m., a car and a motorbike crashed on the Salyglen road, killing a man in his 60s.
A post-mortem examination will be conducted when his corpse has been taken from the site and placed in the mortuary at St. Columcille’s Hospital in Loughlinstown, County Dublin, reports Breaking News.
The only person inside the car, the driver, a man in his 60s, was unharmed.
There are now local detours in place and the route is blocked. Garda Forensic Collision Investigators are now conducting a technical assessment.
