

One of Ireland’s oldest men, Michael O’Connor, has died at the age of 108, his family have confirmed.
He died on Sunday morning at Kenmare Community Hospital in County Kerry, a family friend confirmed.
The familt friend said he had been enjoying excellent health at his home in Muckross until recently.
Mr O’Connor, believed to be the oldest living man in Ireland, would have been 109 on October 21.
He was born in 1913 in Glencar, south Kerry.
