
On Wednesday morning, a traffic incident at Hillside Drive in Rathfarnham, Dublin, claimed the life of an 80-yr-old woman, reports Breaking News.
Gardaà reported that at before 10:30 am, a motorist struck several parked cars.
The driver, an 80-year-old lady, was the only person in the automobile and suffered fatal injuries.
Notification has been sent to the local coroner, and plans are underway for a post-mortem examination, reports Breaking News.
A man with non-life-threatening injuries was transferred to St. Vincent’s Hospital while he was in one of the parked cars.
For the time being, the road is still closed. The site is currently being examined technically by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.
Any witnesses to this accident are being urged to come forward by the GardaÃ, reports Breaking News.
