A woman in her 80s has died following a crash in Co Tipperary.
The incident occurred in Toomevara, Nenagh, in the early hours of Saturday morning, reports Breaking News.
It involved a single vehicle and happened sometime between 12am and 2:20am, reports Breaking News.
The woman, who was the sole occupant of the car, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road remains closed and has been preserved for a technical examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators, reports Breaking News.
Gardaà are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision to contact them, reports Breaking News.
