BBC presenter Rachael passed away aged 40 yesterday afternoon, after a long battle with breast cancer.
Mrs. Bland had first been diagnosed with the disease back in 2016. She underwent several rounds of treatment but the cancer spread and was deemed to be terminal in recent months.
Tributes have poured in from across the UK and Ireland for the presenter who is understood to have fought the illness with exceptional dignity and bravery.
