Tributes have poured in for actor Karl Shiels aka Robbie Quinn from RTE’s Fair City after he suddenly died aged 47.
Details pertaining to the actor’s death have not been made known at this time but it’s understood that both cast and crew of the RTE soap are deeply shocked and saddened to learn of the news.
Mr Shiels had been a main cast member of the show since 2014 where he played the husband of Carol Foley.
His co-stars have been paying tribute to the actor on social media claiming that he was funny, intelligent and a very strong actor who was gone far too soon.
