Trump acolyte Jim Jordan has failed miserably in his attempt to become Speaker of the House of Representatives in the United States.
Mr. Jordan, a fully-fledged co-conspirator of the Trump-led January 6 insurrection at the Capitol building in Washington, had a 20-vote shortfall.
The voting comes weeks after previous Trump acolyte Kevin McCarthy, was ousted by his own party.
