
The legend that is TV presenter Gay Byrne is said to be doing well and “on the mend” this morning according to sources close to the star.
It’s believed the presenter suffered a heart attack on Monday night and was rushed to St. Vincent’s hospital in Ballsbridge.
He quickly became stable and subsequently is said to have made terrific progress from yesterday morning and will make a “full recovery” in time.
His TV show “The meaning of life” will begin recording again once he is able to work, and it’s believed he will return to his Lyric FM radio show also.
