British police have arrested two adults in connection with a possible case of child neglect, after a 9-year-old boy was found wandering along Brighton beach at 2am, on his own and amidst severe weather.
The boy was taken into police protection early on Saturday morning.
Brighton beach was lashed by strong winds and heavy rain overnight.
