Two male motorists killed in road crashes in Wexford and Meath over the weekend




Two male motorists were tragically killed in road crashes in Wexford and Meath over the last 48 hours.

The first accident involved a male in his 30s, who died in a two-car collision in Raheenaskeagh, Oulart, Gorey, Wexford at around 8.30am on Sunday morning. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the second car was taken to hospital as a precaution, but her injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

The second crash involved a man in his 20s, whose motorcycle collided with a tractor at Balrath Cross in Meath at around 4.30pm on Sunday afternoon. He died of his injuries in hospital. The tractor driver, a 19-year-old teenager, was not injured.
