Gardaí in Co Kildare have confirmed that two men arrested in connection with the murder of David Boland have been released from custody without charge.
The two men’s release comes after they were taken in for questioning on Friday.
However in a statement released over the weekend, Gardai confirmed that both men have been released without charge.
Gardaí say a file is being prepared for the Director of public prosecutions.
Mr Boland was tragically killed on Duke Street in Athy in the early hours of Thursday November 1st.
