Two paedophiles convicted the rape and murder of a 12-year-old boy have been publicly executed in Yemen, according to reports.
The pair’s execution comes after they were found guilty of sexually assaulting the boy at a house in the capital city of Aden, last May.
It is understood the men who have been named as Wadah Refat, 28, and Mohamed Khaled, 31, brutally assaulted and killed the boy Mohamed Saad after they dragged him inside a house.
According to reports the pair killed the young boy after they were startled by his cries for following the sickening attack.
It is believed that one of the slit the boy’s throat in attempt to silence him.
Reports say both the men were publicly executed in a stadium this week.
According to El Mundo, both men were brought before a crowd in blue uniforms and were forced to lie on the ground, before armed officers shot them in the back.
Meanwhile a 33-year-old woman is also scheduled to be executed after she helped one of the men to dismember the boy’s body.
However her public execution has been postponed due to her being pregnant.
