Authorities in Spain have confirmed that two men have been killed after a man fell on top of another man in Marbella.
It is understood that the two men were killed after one of the men a 50 year old British national fell from the seventh floor balcony at the Melia Don Pepe Hotel.
Police say the man fell on top of another man a 43 year old Spanish national who was sitting in the courtyard below the hotel.
The incident which has now led to an investigation is believed to have occurred at approximately 1:45am on Saturday morning.
It is currently not yet known how the man fell from the balcony.
