Gardaí in Dublin have confirmed that two people have been hospitalised following a single vehicle collision this morning.
It is understood that a man and a woman were taken to Beaumont Hospital following the incident which occurred on the Strand Road in Portmarnock, at approximately 5:15am.
Gardaí say both occupants of the car have been taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
They added that an investigation is currently ongoing.
