Two people have sustained serious injuries following a collision between a car and pedestrians in the capital.
The incident happened in Ballyfermot, Dublin, shortly after 8.30pm on Saturday.
It is understood that two cars collided, and one of the vehicles then struck at least two pedestrians, a man and a woman, both aged in their 50s.
The victims were rushed to St. James’s Hospital for treatment.
