If you happen to be a fan of UFC you could soon very well see a fight on Irish shores as the president of the organisation Dana White has claimed a fight will happen in Dublin’s Croke Park if current interim champion Conor McGregor beats Jose Aldo Jnr in December.

The news will most likely delight McGergor and his many followers as there has been wide speculation for some time that fight will indeed happen at GAA headquarters. Mr White has all but confirmed about in the nations capital which would be presumably sometime next year, but states it will only happen if the Dubliner defeats Also in the highly anticipated fight in December.

Mr White told the NRL Footy Show: “If he beats Jose Aldo in Las Vegas in December, the next fight will be in Croke Park. We told him he could defend his title at Croke Park.”

Mr White also expressed a strong desire of holding a bout in Ireland, saying: “We want to do Croke Park, we really do. If this kid (Conor McGregor) wins that title, we want his first defence to be in Croke Park.” “If Conor wins that title, it’s going to be crazy.”

He added: “How quickly and easily he has done this. He has the potential to be great.”
