Teachers Unions in England are whining to the government that children won’t cover their faces with pieces of cloth for 8 hours a day in school.
According to Breitbart News, the unions have complained that “huge numbers” of pupils at six secondary schools in the North of England have refused to wear masks or take lateral flow tests at school. The claim was made by Damian McNulty, a national executive member of the NASUWT (National Association of Schoolmasters/Union of Women Teachers) union.
McNulty also insisted that at one school in Lancashire only 67 children out of 1,300 were prepared to wear masks or take Covid tests and that there could be similar situations in other schools throughout the country.
There are concerns that the use of face masks can have a negative effect on communication and this has been outlined in a study from the Department of Education in the UK.
