Ukraine counter-offensive: Russia dispatches opera singers, comedians, and circus performers to the front lines to ‘raise troops’ morale’ before they’re killed by approaching Ukrainian warriors

Russia is reportedly dispatching opera singers, comedians, and circus performers to the front lines to raise troops’ morale before they’re killed by approaching Ukrainian warriors.

The artists will be assembled into ‘creative brigades’ that will hastily tour the front lines, likely casting nervous glances at the sky in case Ukrainian shells disrupt the gig and kill everyone present.

Morale among Russian troops is virtually nonexistent. They hate every second of every day spent in absolute terror of Ukrainians, fully aware of their fate once vanguard troops catch up with them. Listening to jokes from third-rate comedians while shivering in the frigid Ukrainian winter and expecting a Ukrainian bullet to the head at any moment is unlikely to cheer soldiers up.
