Russia has reportedly ordered the cessation of all offensive operations in the Donetsk area due to extremely low morale, widespread desertion, and plain refusal to follow orders by newly arrived conscripts.
This completely predictable outcome has been reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine via social media.
Ukraine’s forces have decimated the Russian army, forcing Vladimir Putin to issue a ‘partial mobilization’ order, which went down like a ton of bricks on the Russian population, who had been told the ‘special military operation’ in Ukraine was going swimmingly.
The order prompted tens of thousands of Russian men of military age to flee the country post haste, leaving recruiters with no choice but to send prisoners and homeless people to the frontlines. One can only imagine the state of this rabble.
