There is a major boost for Ukraine today, as reports suggest that Russia has already lost up to 40% of its military aircraft.
This figure includes both fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters.
If confirmed, this would mean a major setback for the Russian army, whose forces both on the ground and in the air have so far failed miserably in Ukraine.
