Montenegro has confirmed it has now entered into a ‘hybrid’ war with the Putin regime.
Russia has had its sights on Montenegro since the country joined NATO in 2017. Montenegro has also wholeheartedly backed the imposition of harsh sanctions on Russia on foot of the invasion of Ukraine.
