Ukraine crisis: Russian troops pushed back by Ukrainian counterattack in eastern region, Ukraine’s military regains the initiative

Russian troops are being steadily pushed back by Ukrainian counterattacks in eastern regions, as Ukraine’s military regains the initiative.

There are reports of Ukraine’s troops retaking a large number of towns and villages in and around the Kharkiv area.

These events mark the beginning of a new phase in the campaign as Ukraine gains the upper hand and routs the opposition.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, who’s reportedly becoming unhinged over his total failure in Ukraine, recently appeared weak and frail during a speech at the so-called ‘Victory Day’ in Moscow. Many now believe that his days are numbered, both politically and physically.
