Ukrainian fighters reportedly scored two Russian generals in one perfectly crafted ambush as a convoy moved along a bridge.
We already reported on the demise of Major General Roman Kutuzov, Commander of the 1st Army Corps. The loss of Major General Kutuzov was reportedly confirmed by Russian sources.
It has now emerged that Lieutenant General Roman Berdnikov was also eliminated in the same action, which took place in the Donetsk region on Sunday.
Both men would have been the most senior military officers in the region. Their loss is a devastatingly crushing blow for the Russian troops in the area, and a major embarrassment for Russian President Vladimir Putin.
