Unhinged Russian President Vladimir Putin bizarrely suggested today that the West was preparing to invade Russia.
This paranoid delusion then triggered a pre-emptive attack on…Ukraine? A country that is not even part of NATO?
Mr. Putin made this weird claim during today’s speech at the Victory Day parade in Moscow. Many now believe that the Russian President is quickly descending into madness, either because of physical illness, or because his deep paranoia is leading him to make irrational claims and decisions.
