Ukraine’s energy regulator has confirmed that no further electricity outages are planned.
This means that Russia’s strategy of attacking energy facilities is a total failure, as everything else it has attempted in Ukraine.
Ukraine is now gearing up for a decisive Spring counter-offensive, supported by West-supplied heavy weaponry, including several squadrons of main battle tanks, heavy artillery, and possibly, fighter and ground attack jets to destroy retreating Russian formations.
